Prices & Registration

Before filling out the registration form, please read the following terms & conditions.

Terms & Conditions

In the following days after your registration you can expect a confirmation e-mail from us with payment instructions (please also check your spam folder) - the payments will be processed by Studio Dansa who we are collaborating with. Solo registrations will be put on a waiting list and processed when they can be matched with a complementary solo registration. This means that you might have to wait for your confirmation e-mail a bit longer.

Conditions: Please make your payment via bank transfer in the 7 days after our confirmation e-mail. If we do not receive your payment in the 7 days after our confirmation, your registration will be cancelled, and you will have to register again.

In case you need to cancel your registration after payment:

if you cancel by 11. January 2026, we return 70% of your payment;
if you cancel between 12. January and 8. February 2026, we return 30% of your payment;
if you cancel on 9. February 2026 or later, we give no refunds, nor can you use your payment for our future events; you can however sell or give away your ticket to somebody else (same level and lead/follow role as your pass unless otherwise agreed with the organizer).

Please note that free passes cannot be transferred to another person!

Any cancellation requests or ticket transfers must be communicated to and confirmed by us via e-mail (bunnyhopljubljana@gmail.com). Any administrative fees associated with ticket cancellation shall be paid by the ticket holder, with the amount being deducted from the returned payment.
In case we, the organizer, cancel the event, we return your payment in full. We are not however responsible for any other costs (accommodation, flights etc.) you might endure. If you have any questions, contact us at bunnyhopljubljana@gmail.com.

Levels

Below you will find rough descriptions of the levels available at Ljubljana Bunny Hop 2026. To ensure the best possible experience for yourself and other attendees, please be fair when choosing your level.

Intermediate

You are comfortable with one or multiple basic steps and leading/following basic moves to reasonably fast music on the social dance floor. Recommended 6-12 months of attending collegiate shag classes.

Intermediate-advanced

You are comfortable with a sizable amount of basic steps, moves and breaks, even when dancing to faster music on the social dance floor. Your focus is shifting from individual moves towards dancing as a whole. Recommended 1-2 years of attending collegiate shag classes.

Advanced

You are comfortable with a sizable amount of basic steps, moves and breaks. Your focus is beyond those, you are looking to improve your technique, connection, and improvisation. The song tempo is just a number. Recommended 2+ years of attending collegiate shag classes.

Full pass

The full pass includes 6 hours of classes and access to parties.
We offer three price tiers: early bird, regular bird, and last minute.
Please note that the final price will be provided in the confirmation mail after your registration has been processed! It may happen that your solo registration cannot be matched with a complementary one, and you may therefore fall into another pricing tier. We highly recommend registering in lead&follow pairs to avoid such issues.

Parties

There is no party pass available. Individual party tickets will be available at the entrance. Payment at the entrance is only possible with cash.
