Selecting a level
Below you will find rough descriptions of the levels available at Ljubljana Bunny Hop 2025. To ensure the best possible experience for yourself and other attendees, please be fair when choosing your level.
Intermediate
You are comfortable with one or multiple basic steps and leading/following basic moves to reasonably fast music on the social dance floor.
Recommended 6-12 months of attending collegiate shag classes.
Intermediate-advanced
You are comfortable with a sizable amount of basic steps, moves and breaks, even when dancing to faster music on the social dance floor. Your focus is shifting from individual moves towards dancing as a whole.
Recommended 1-2 years of attending collegiate shag classes.
Advanced
You are comfortable with a sizable amount of basic steps, moves and breaks. Your focus is beyond those, you are looking to improve your technique, connection, and improvisation. The song tempo is just a number.
Recommended 2+ years of attending collegiate shag classes.
