Registration terms & conditions
In the following days after your registration you can expect an e-mail from us with payment instructions (please also check your spam folder). Solo registrations will be put on a waiting list and processed when they can be matched with a complementary solo registration.
Conditions: Please make your payment via bank transfer in the 7 days after our confirmation e-mail. If we do not receive your payment in the 7 days after our confirmation, your registration will be cancelled.
In case you need to cancel your registration after payment:
- if you cancel by January 7, we return 70% of your payment;
- if you cancel by February 7, we return 30% of your payment;
- if you cancel after February 7 2025, we give no refunds, nor can you use your payment for our future events; you can however sell or give away your ticket to somebody else (same level and lead/follow role as your pass unless otherwise agreed with the organizer).
In case we, the organizer, cancel the event, we return your payment in full. We are not however responsible for any other costs (accommodation, flights etc.) you might endure.

Please note that the price will be provided in the confirmation mail after your registration has been processed!
We will strive to update the availability of discounted passes here as frequently as possible.
Early bird (first 10 couples): 110€
Registration in couples only!
Not-so-early bird (next 10 couples): 130€
Priority given to registration in couples. Solo registrations are only eligible for this price if an existing complementary solo registration exists (follow without a lead or lead without a follow).
Regular price (until February 24 2025 23:59 CET): 150€
Last minute (February 25 2025 and after): 170€
Parties
There is no party pass available. Individual party tickets will be available at the entrance. Payment at the entrance is only possible with cash.
